Review: Tony Moly Petite Bunny Gloss Bar in Juicy Cherry #4

tony moly petite bunny gloss bar
Hello there loves! I hope you are enjoying your first week of the year! It has been so long since I've done an Asian cosmetics review, so let's start the year with one! Today's review is Tony Moly Petite Bunny Gloss in Juicy Cherry #4!

I actually received this as a gift from a lovely friend who visited South Korea months back! (I'm so jell! #wanderlust) She was so sweet to have brought me a handful of beauty products (which I'll review in due time).

My first impression of this product is that it's so tiny! As a size comparison, the length of the packaging is about an inch longer than a Softlips lip balm. The circumference is almost identical to the Softlips'.

So...this little petite bar has a cute little bunny packaging. There are a number of different shades and they all have various faces on them. They have character! The one I received looks a bit grumpy. The shade I got is in Juicy Cherry, which is a soft watermelon-y kind of shade. The lippie is surprisingly quite moisturizing. It has a cherry scent (no surprise there!) It doesn't taste good though! If your lips are cracked or dry, this lip balm will highlight those areas. Make sure your lips are smooth and not extremely dry!

Upon initial application, your lips will actually feel moisturized. It has a nice glossy feeling that's not sticky or greasy on the lips. The color payoff is actually pretty nice as well. While the gloss and shine only lasts a few hours (literally!) it still slightly stains the lips for a while, so the color isn't completely gone. I like how it is not a crazy opaque color, so I don't have to worry as much about applying it messily or having it go all over the place or on my teeth. It's like a regular tinted lip balm with a glossy finish.
Key Ingredient Found in Gloss Bar:
Berry Complex with Vitamin E: which prevents loss of moisture

Overall Thoughts:
I was definitely thrilled to have received this and have had the opportunity to try it out. I had actually been eyeing the 2 for $8.51 on the beautynetkorea site for ages, and even now, I think I would still make the purchase for more. These are so cute to have and even to give! The pigmentation is wonderful, and it applies smoothly! It feels nice on the lips. The only issue is having to reapply throughout the day, but other than that, thumbs up from me! 9/10!

I hope you enjoyed my review! If you have any questions about the product or where else to purchase it, let me know! Take care!
